The SPA & Wellness Centre VITANOVA is located in the 5 * complex of the hotel Dreamplace Gran Tacande at Playa del Duque in Costa Adeje, the most exclusive area in the south of Tenerife.

VITANOVA was created to offer relaxation, well-being and appearance enhancement, together with the undeniable benefits for health coming from these therapies. The decoration, music, light, vegetation and aromas make it an atmosphere of constant pleasure for your senses and your mind. The mildest and most agreeable techniques are used for the programmes and cures while no strict alimentary diets have to be followed in the therapies. VITANOVA offers two different service areas: One is for treatments and massages, and the second one is the thermal circuit.

Facial beauty treatments
They are done with three types of products, whose main components are based on natural plants, essential oils, marine extracts and cellular complexes which with their biological activity regenerate the skin's natural functions.Combined with electro-therapy and different types of facial massage, they offer the right solution to all type of problems with the facial skin.

Thalassotherapy and body treatments
Salt, mud, algae and natural botanical products, sometimes combined with electro-therapy (with either draining, lipolitical, reaffirming and toning effect), and with massages that are adapted to every need, produce the great physical and mental feeling of well-being which you have been looking for!

Massages
A large variety of massages is offered at the spa & wellness centre: From deep relaxation to the reloading of vital energy there is the Shiatsu massage, the "sensitive massage" and the "massage with hot stones" among others. There are more specific massages to complement slimming diets, such as the lymphatic draining, the modelling and slimming massage and the circulatory massage, which combined with thalassotherapy body treatments and sessions in the thermal-circuit will offer spectacular results, without having to follow strict diets.
We would like to point out the Hot Stone Massage, as it is the absolute star of all our massages: In our centre it is very often chosen to prepare and make body and mind as receptive as possible to the benefits of treatments that will be done afterwards.
It is a full-body massage that helps to balance our internal energy and at the same time it has a draining effect on the body. The massage is done by hand, while stones of volcanic origin are put on the body's energy points.
