From the El Prat Airport – Take Highway AP-7 direction Tarragona, get
off at “Exit 31” – El Vendrell – Coma-ruga, and continue con C-32 to
“Exit 6”, Calafell / Bellveí.
RA Wellness
Hotel RA’s RA Wellness is one of Europe’s most spectacular and modern
thalassotherapy spa centres, offering seawater-based health and
well-being activities and services. The area’s seawater has the
Mediterranean’s most iodine content and trace elements because of the
presence of a seaweed bank located right in front of the Hotel complex.
One of the centre’s major qualities is the personalised service offered
in its treatments. This feature aims to be the centre’s true selling
point, thereby guaranteeing all its clients the possibility of
improving their health.
RA Wellness has a total surface area of 7.200 m2, and is divided into 6
areas combining leisure and personalised treatment zones. RA Wellness
has 61 different cabins covering all the different treatments.
Leisure Area
The seawater Leisure Pool has views of the sea and receives much
natural lighting. It is here that clients can enjoy micro bubble seats,
waterbeds, neck and back jets, counter-current swimming area and the
Jacuzzi. It also has a non-heated 17ºC swimming pool, aromatic showers,
pre-sauna, sauna, steam baths, the “O2asis” (or Relaxation Area), and a
large Solarium.
Dry Area
Where all types of dry treatments are offered, such a relaxing
therapeutic massages, lymphatic drainage massages, aromatherapy,
chromotherapy, pressotherapy, reflexotherapy, shiatsu and acupuncture,
etc.
Wet Area
Where all types of seawater or marine product treatments are offered,
such as algotherapy, jet showers, Vichy showers, fangotherapy and
hydromassage tubs.
Fitness Area
Using the latest equipment, this area offers activities aimed at
moderately improving physical exercise combined with other activities
headed by professionals, such as light exercises, passive gymnastics,
well-being walks, personal training, sophrology, stretching,…
Medical Area
This area offers medical and dietary guidance, as well as medical
check-ups to evaluate the physical shape of clients. It also
offers a weight control program and a first aid service.
Beauty-Cosmetic Area
An area where the exclusive “La Prairie”
cabins can be enjoyed, as well as services such as personal image
advice, hand and foot beauty, skin diagnosis, make-up, hairdressing,
anti-aging treatments, anti-cellulite treatments, facial and body
treatments and sun beds.
Function Rooms for Professional Meetings and Other Events
The Hotel has been designed to handle all types of professional
meetings. It has a functions room, a large hall in which presentations
can be organised, 5 rooms of various sizes and a meeting room. The
Hotel’s various terraces also make it an ideal place for open-air
presentations.
Business centre facilities comprise screen, video projector , flip chart, video conferencing abilities and over head projector.
